Within the Talent Attraction pillar, Valentine is responsible for the recruitment solution, helping companies manage the complexity of a candidate search. There is an ever-growing need for Nordic talents in the Luxembourg financial sector and TALANTLERS they have witnessed this phenomenon and is proud to support Luxembourg-based companies in their research for these talents. Valentine has been given the great opportunity to take advantage of her Finnish-French dual nationality, by bringing more Nordic opportunities, especially in recruitment, in addition to their international network. This way it is easier to match Nordic candidates with companies in the Luxembourg financial sector. Her goal is to build bridges between Nordic countries and companies based in Luxembourg which need Nordic candidates.
TALANTLERS became a member of the Finnish-Luxembourgish Business Club, which was created in 2021, and which became the Finland Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg at the beginning of 2022. It is a wonderful step forward at the beginning of new partnerships and businesses at the Grand Duchy, therefore, bringing new Nordic job opportunities here as well. We believe that together with these types of initiatives, we will be able to accomplish great partnerships in 2022 and make Luxembourg even more attractive to Nordic candidates and companies.
