During the first week of October 2023 Finnish Food Week is again organised in collaboration between FinChamLux, Kati Pohjanmaa and Technopolis Luxembourg as well as Compass Group. Similar to last year’s Finnish Food Week, several Finnish food innovation companies will join forces and build a Finnish lunch menu at the restaurant at Technopolis Gasperich.
The menu includes a variety of Finnish delicacies combining traditional tastes with new innovations;
traditional Finnish Creamy Salmon Soup, Salad bowl with Premium reindeer crisps from Lapland, Finnish cheddar by “Jukolan Juusto” and oats by “Malmgård”. There will be continental pannacotta with a touch of sweet liquorice “Kouvolan lakritsi” as well as traditional blueberry pie…. Something new also for Finns – come and taste “Kuohu water” ! Read more about Kuohu in the article below. Finnish lunch menu will be served between 12-14 from Monday to Friday at the restaurant on floor -1. Finnish breakfast at the MIN café daily until 9h30am.
The event is open to everyone and no reservation is needed in advance.
